Our founder

Mold Pros Phoenix was started by Nik Crawley. He came to mold the hard way. Over several years and several places he lived — in California, Oregon, Tennessee, and Utah — he dealt with respiratory problems he eventually traced back to mold in the buildings around him. People in his family got sick too. The thing that reliably helped was fixing the moisture source and getting the mold physically removed.

He got obsessed with getting this right. He watched people around him get bad advice from both sides — "you don't have a mold problem, it's a dry climate" and "you have toxic mold, sign here" — and both ended up costing homeowners real money and real health.
